Most MP-lobbying actions send variations on the same template, and MPs know it. RSPB's Postcards from Nature helps make sure every message MPs receive from their supporters is unique and locally relevant. In the run-up to the King's Speech, supporters were invited to celebrate their favourite nature spot nearest to them and tell their MP why that place lifts their spirits and deserves protection.

Supporters write in their own words about why they love the place and upload or choose a photo. Every digital postcard is completely unique, every one is rooted in that MP's own constituency, and stand out from the typical identical template campaign emails that can be easy to ignore.
